Is my £100 deposit refundable?
No, deposits are non-refundable
Are balances refundable, what if I need to cancel my holiday?
Deposits are non-refundable; balances will be refunded if the cancellation is made 6 weeks prior to the holiday. We recommend guests take out their own private holiday insurance.
When is my balance due?
All balances are due 6 weeks before holiday start date.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, no problem, you can make payments at any time, and a budget to suit yourself, I do ask that when making payments direct into our bank account you use your name as a reference.
Are park tickets included in the cost of caravan hire?
No, passes are purchased direct from Flamingo Land at the booking office on the day of your arrival
Can I book a midweek/weekend break during summer
No, during the summer months we only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings, we do however, accept 2,3 and 4 night breaks at all other times during the season.
How much are the passes for Flamingo Land?
Please check the Park Tickets link for pass prices.
Can I buy the discounted day passes?
No, these are different to the Unlimited Access Passes that holiday village guests are issued with whilst staying in private caravans, these can only be purchased from Flamingo Land booking office on the day you arrive for your holiday.
What time can I gain access to the caravan?
The caravan will be ready for you from 3pm, you will need to vacate the caravan by 10am on morning of departure.
What time can I arrive at Flamingo Land?
You can arrive at Flamingo Land when the park opens, however, you will not have access to the caravan until 3pm, if the caravan is ready for you earlier than 3pm we will text you.
How will I get the keys to the caravan?
We have a key safe attached to the caravan.
Can I stay an extra night?
We will always try to help where we can, if we have the availability we will try to accommodate.
Do you provide bed linen?
Yes, bed linen is included.
Can Wheelchairs be hired onsite?
Yes, Wheelchairs are available on loan, free of charge from the first aid centre. A non-monetary deposit is required such as a valid passport, driving licence, disability book etc before a wheelchair can be issued. As wheelchairs are limited, it is recommended to pre-book the use of a wheelchair in advance of your visit by phoning our first aid centre on 01653 668 140.
We have additional family camping, can they come along to caravan and use the facilities?
No, our insurance only covers guests named on the booking form.

Caravan Questions

How many people does your caravan sleep?
Our caravans sleeps 6 guests, we will however take a 7th guest as long as they are aged 2 or under.
How many bedrooms does your caravan have?
We have a 3 bedroom caravan, 1 Master Bedroom and 2 Twin Rooms.
Is your caravan warm?
Yes our caravan is fully double glazed, we have an electric fire in the lounge area, plinth heaters in all bedrooms and a heated towel rail the bathroom.
Do you have adequate parking?
Yes, car parking is available next to the caravan.
Do you accept pets?
Strictly no pets.
How far is your caravan from the Theme Park?
We are in Willow Grove which is one of the best locations in for easy access to all facilities.
