We require a £100 non-refundable booking deposit to confirm your booking and take your dates off hire, We require a  £100 returnable security bond. The remaining balance and £100 refundable security bond must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If there is less than 6 weeks until your booked holiday the outstanding amount will be required in full at the time of booking. The £100 security bond will be refunded within 14 days providing there is no damage and you stick to our terms and conditions and nothing is broken, and the caravan is left clean and tidy. If there are any damages or losses you will be informed and the £100 security deposit will be retained by Flamingoland Caravan Hire.

The lead name on the booking form is responsible for the entire party and their behaviour, also for any damage costs, under 18’s must not be left in the caravan unsupervised. Leader of the party must be at least 25 years of age if your under 25 and and traveling with child/children we will accept the booking how ever flamingo Land do checks on arrival you will be turned away and you will lose your money and deposit.

Any anti-social behaviour will not be accepted and guests will be asked to leave premises without a refund. Any theft or substantial damage to the caravan and its furnishings will result in local authorities being informed. All breakages MUST be reported before departure.

Please dispose of all rubbish in skips provided.

In wet weather, please DO NOT park your car on the grass.

No ball games allowed around the caravan please use the fields provided.

Anyone found breaking the above terms and conditions will be required to vacate the caravan immediately without refund.

We recommend our guests take out their own travel insurance   as we cannot be held liable for any mishaps on guests’ behalf. Or if you need to cancel.

Flamingoland Caravan Hire reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Only guests named on the booking form are allowed access into the resort and accommodation (no more than 6 guests (A 7th person is allowed if 2 yrs and under). If during a random check there is found to be more than 6 people staying in the caravan the whole party will be asked to leave immediately by securtiy without refund.

The unlimited are not included in the hire access passes can be bought at the check in reception to the right of the entrance of the Holiday Village.

Security bonds/ are refundable within 14 days after inspection of the caravan, providing there is no damage, nothing broken, no smoking or no pets and the caravan is left clean and tidy. if we find damage we keep your bond if the damage is greater than the bond we will bill you for the remaining amount. any substantial damage will result in prosecution.
Families only. No all male/ female or all youth groups.

NO SMOKING    –    NO PETS

If any of the content breaks or goes  faulty during your stay we will do our best to get a replacement  or we will organise a repair asap, we do not give refunds or compensation if this occurs

Refunds or guest  wanting to cancel will need to request it in writing and could take upto 14 day to refund.

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGE OF DATES

Payment in full for your holiday home must be received to us no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday. Failure to comply with the conditions will result in a loss of your deposit and cancellation of your holiday.

 A reminder will not be sent.

Cancellations or change of dates must be at least 6 weeks before your  arrival, in writing by email. Any holiday cancelled with less than 6 weeks before arrival will result in all money paid being forfeited. 


The non-refundable deposit is a booking fee, which will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled or dates changed. Under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded or transferred on to another holiday date. If the holiday has been paid in full the balance can be transferred to another holiday date at our discretion minus the deposit. A refund will not be given. By paying “US” your deposit and ticking the agree box on the booking form “YOU” are confirming that you accept all our terms and conditions. The Lead name is responsible for the whole party

Refund are requested it in writing and could take up to14 days for any monies to be refunded 

All Caravans on Flamingo Land are subject to a sublet licence and strictly permit a maximum of 6 people per caravan. Anyone found breaking this rule will vacated from the site by security. A 7th person is allowed at the owners discretion but they have to be 2 yrs or under. 


Only the applicants listed on the booking form shall be entitled to occupy 131 Willow Grove. Security do checks at the booking office.

Due to the nature to the park we only accept family based parties (parents and children) We do not accept youth groups or same-sex parties, and the lead name of the booking must be aged 25 and over, if your under 25 you must be booking with children or family to be accepted we will not refund any who breaks theres rules.

No BBQ`s on the decking it is plastic and will melt.
